Description

While in northern California visiting with an old friend we were not too far away from Beryessa Snow Mountain National Monument so we took an afternoon drive to the lake which is surrounded by the monument. This photo shows a small part of the lake and adjacent wetland and in the distance the highest mountain is Beryessa Peak, one of the higher mountains in the monument.
